Meet Ceemly
Meet Ceemly, a new 3 ply face mask and PPE manufacturing company that makes all its products from start to finish in America. The company, which has 30 years of experience producing domestic goods and medical supplies at large quantities, has been working diligently since the start of the year to set up an arsenal of specialized machinery with the capacity of delivering over 40,000,000 3 ply face masks per month.
“Our goal is to make it so that there is never again a domestic shortage of supplies such as medical face masks, which are a necessary protection against the spread of infectious diseases.”
At the start of 2020, a disruption of the global supply chain and a spike in demand for NIOSH approved PPE due to the COVID-10 pandemic caused a national shortage of critical medical equipment. Ceemly, which operates from a 30,000 square foot manufacturing facility in southern California, has assembled the necessary machinery, materials, and workforce to ensure that 3 ply face masks, and soon to be other PPE, are never again in deficit.
Ceemly’s first product, an ASTM 1000 3 Ply face mask, is constructed with NIOSH approved materials, blocking up to 95% BFE (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency), PFE (Particle Filtration Efficiency), VFE (Viral Filtration Efficiency), Differential Pressure, and Blood Penetration. The product is made in an FDA registered facility and is currently engaged in obtaining FDA approval.
